Tahamina, founder of Blissedness

Hi, I'm Tahamina, the voice behind Blissedness.

I'm a health and wellness content writer based in London, and I founded Blissedness from my long-standing love for self-care and mindful living.

I believe the space around us shapes our mood, energy, and well-being — and lighting a scented candle is a simple ritual that can bring moments of calm into our everyday lives.

At the same time, as a woman living with PMOS (formerly known as PCOS) and hormonal imbalance, it is important to me that the candles I bring into my home are safe — unlike many commercially mass-produced candles on the market.

This belief inspired me to craft my own candles, keeping sustainability and quality at the heart. That passion slowly turned into something bigger — a piece of my heart, Blissedness.

I hope Blissedness candles will be a small part of your self-care ritual and bring a sense of calm and harmony to your life, too.
